Gregory E. Gould, D.O.
Gregory E. Gould, D.O. Graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency through the Saint John Health System. Dr. Gould grew up in Romeo Michigan and graduated from Romeo High School. He then attained Bachelor of Science with a major in biology at Hillsdale College. In college, Dr. Gould pursued additional interest through his involvement in collegiate tennis, choir, theater, and debate.
After completing his residency, Dr. Gregory Gould joined practice his with father Todd C Gould D.O. in Rochester Hills Michigan. Following this, his practice transitioned from Henry Ford Health System and finally back into private practice.
On January 25, 2016 he reopened Gregory E. Gould, D.O. P.C, becoming one of a few physicians in Washington. Here he has continued to enjoy his passion as in internal medicine doctor.
Sarah Rawski, PA-C
Sarah Rawski is a Physician Assistant with 9 years of clinical experience.
Sarah attended Michigan State University where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology. She then completed her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Illinois. Prior to joining Dr. Gould’s practice, Sarah worked for Scripps Clinic Medical Group in San Diego, California.
Sarah has always had a passion for helping others and has found fulfillment in providing care through practicing medicine. She takes great pride in her career as a physician assistant and in being a mother. She particularly enjoys working in primary care, where she can focus on preventative medicine and managing chronic conditions. Her dedication to the field of medicine is demonstrated by the effort she puts forth and her commitment to patient care.

Nicole E. Hill, PA-C
Nicole Hill joined the practice in March of 2024. Prior to joining our practice, she worked as a hospitalist at Troy Beaumont for 2 years. She is a graduate of the University of Dayton Physician Assistant Program.
Lisa Landuyt NP
Lisa Landuyt joined the practice in August of 2025. Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse for nearly four years at Corewell Health. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is dedicated to listening to patients, advocating for their needs, and delivering safe, timely care.
